Our Modern Production Facility

Our facility is designed in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and is organized to provide the highest hygiene and quality conditions in all processes from production to storage. Our production areas are equipped with clean room technology, cross-contamination prevention design and advanced technology equipment.

Our Production Capacity

As Ilhanlar Kimya, with our high production capacity and flexible line structure, we can respond to market demands quickly and effectively. Our current monthly production capacity:

• 2,000 tons for liquid products
• 500 tons for gel and creamy products
• 300 tons for powder products

With this capacity, we can serve both our large industrial customers and the retail market without interruption.

Our Laboratory Infrastructure

Our laboratory infrastructure, which is an integral part of our production processes:

1. R&D Laboratory: Innovative formulas are developed under the leadership of our three chemical engineers.
2. Quality Control Laboratory: Comprehensive tests are applied at all stages from raw materials to final product.
3. Stability Rooms: Product durability and shelf life are tested.
4. Microbiology Laboratory: Product safety is ensured with microbiological analyses.

Thanks to our modern storage areas and effective logistics system, we deliver our products to all over Turkey on time and safely. We establish effective connections with our customers with our professional team of 110 people.
